This case is plaintiffs Orlando and Elizabeth Lopez’s G.L. c. 40A § 17 appeal from a decision by the Topsfield Zoning Board of Appeals (“the board”) granting defendants Frank and Kristi Martino a special permit, with conditions, to operate an event and function facility at the former church at 4 North Common Street across from the Topsfield town green. For the reasons set forth in the court’s Decision of this date, that appeal is DISMISSED in its entirety, WITH PREJUDICE, and the decision of the board is affirmed.
