After a review of the decision entered September 15, 1981, in the above-numbered case, the Court concluded that for clarity, certain corrections should be made. Accordingly, it is hereby noted that the plan referred to in lines six and seven of page 3 of said decision is Land Court Subdivision Plan No. 7174A1. The reference in line seven of said page is to Appendix B (not Appendix 2 as appears therein). Appendix A and B inadvertently were not attached to said decision and are attached hereto.
Plaintiff McNeil , who also owned Lot C-1 on Plan 7174D, conveyed portions of Lot B-2 and C-1 to plaintiffs Crowell and Hazerian as appears from his Certificate of Title No. 71533.
Judgment accordingly.
