CARMINE SODANO v. PAUL MARKS, BRIAN BEATTIE and DARREN BAIRD as members of the WINTHROP BOARD OF APPEALS

For the reasons set forth in the court’s Decision of this date, the decision of the defendant Winthrop Zoning Board of Appeals at issue in this case is AFFIRMED and the plaintiff Carmine Sodano’s appeal of that decision is DISMISSED, in its entirety, WITH PREJUDICE.
