For the reasons set forth in the court’s Memorandum and Order on Defendants Larry Bloomquist and Seaver Properties LLC’s Motion to Summary Judgment and Motion for G.L. c. 231, §6F Sanctions of this date, the defendants’ motion for summary judgment is ALLOWED and the plaintiff’s claims are DISMISSED, IN THEIR ENTIRETY, WITH PREJUDICE. The defendants’ motion for G.L. c. 231, §6F sanctions is DENIED.
