For the reasons set forth in the courts Decision of this date, the Sudbury Zoning Board of Appeals decisions in Case Nos. 10 MISC. 434334 (KCL) and 12 MISC. 465978 (KCL) are VACATED and REMANDED to the zoning board for further consideration in light of the courts Decision. This court will retain jurisdiction over these cases for purposes of post-remand review.
