For the reasons set forth in the Court's Decision of this date, the plaintiff Concetta DiNino, Trustee of the Concetta DiNino Irrevocable Trust, does not have a prescriptive easement over any portion of the defendant Adrian Newman's property located at 2-4 Victoria Terrace in Dedham, Massachusetts. The defendant is under no obligation to remove the fence located on his property. The plaintiff's claim is thus DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE.
