For the reasons set forth in the Court’s Decision of this date, the decision of the Norfolk Zoning Board of Appeals denying the appeal from the building commissioner’s denial of a building permit for the construction of a single-family residence on the property in Norfolk shown as Lots 46 and 47 on Land Court Plan 6616-G, a copy of which attached hereto as Exhibit 1, is AFFIRMED. The plaintiff’s claims are DISMISSED, with prejudice.
