JUDGMENT

For the reasons set forth in the Court’s Decision of this date, the Brewster Zoning Board of Appeals’ decision to uphold the building permit issued to Mr. Stroh is AFFIRMED and Ms. Mohr’s appeal is DISMISSED in its entirety WITH PREJUDICE.
