This cause came to be tried and a Decision of even date entered. In accordance therewith, it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Decision of the Billerica Planning Board denying the plaintiffs’ application for approval of their B-2 subdivision plan, is hereby ANNULLED. It is further

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this cased be, and hereby is, REMANDED to the Billerica Planning Board for approval [Note 1] of the said B-2 subdivision plan.
